1. Parallel exchange workbench

Larger load-bearing capacity; the contact structure enables heavier weight bearing.

2. Full machine lubrication system

All lubrication ports are one-click controllable. The guide rails and gear racks of moving parts realize automatic full lubrication, improving operational accuracy and stability.

3. Fiber laser cutting machine

Adopts a continuous fiber laser, featuring high electro-optical conversion efficiency, superior beam quality, high energy density, wide modulation frequency, high reliability, long service life and maintenance-free operation. It is widely applied in welding, precision cutting, cladding, surface treatment, 3D printing and other fields.

4. Cutting head and follow-up system

The cutting head adopts a high-speed capacitive sensor follow-up focusing system, which quickly responds to uneven workpiece surfaces and precisely controls the laser focus position to ensure cutting quality. Equipped with a high-precision capacitive sensor automatic tracking system, it achieves highly stable Z-axis floating control under system operation.

5. Cooling system

Professional dedicated laser chiller with excellent stability and high temperature control accuracy.
