The PBE series is a fully automatic bending center, which adopts servo motors as the main power source for precise output control.The machine body is constructed by steel plate welding followed by overall tempering treatment. With one-time clamping and precision machining by imported CNC equipment, it ensures high rigidity and processing accuracy of the frame.Equipped with the latest version of high-end CNC system as standard, the machine features high efficiency, precision and energy saving.

It is applied in precision sheet metal processing and automated production lines, and is especially suitable for both small-batch & multi-variety production and large-scale mass production scenarios.

One set of tools enables various bending processes.

It can bend 90° angles, non-90° angles, circular arcs, and complex shapes in both forward and reverse directions.

1.Adopts a full closed-loop electric servo system supporting 16-axis simultaneous linkage, ensuring smooth bending motion and high mechanical coordination, which enables reliable execution of various complex combined movements.

2.To meet the high-intensity operation requirements of the bending center, the frame features an arch-type structure with reinforced, thickened and widened design for exceptional rigidity and stability.

3.The machine is equipped with a complete set of molds including one set of clamping dies (with foldable edge horn dies), working dies and two bending dies, satisfying diverse bending processing requirements.

4.Intuitive menu-style graphical programming ensures easy operation and quick learning.

5.Supports 3D model import in STEP format; machining can be started directly after importing files.
