The PDS Tandem Series features two advanced electro-hydraulic hybrid CNC press brakes engineered to work perfectly in sync for processing ultra-long or heavy-duty sheet metal. Driven by high-performance servo motors, the hybrid hydraulic system slashes energy consumption by over 50% while delivering massive bending force. With an ultra-open height, super-wide column distance, dual mechanical crowning, and seamless independent-or-tandem operation, this robust series guarantees unmatched ±0.02mm precision and immense flexibility for large-scale industrial fabrication.

The PDS tandem series enables flexible independent or synchronized dual-machine control. The frames adopt an integral steel plate welded structure, processed by a Spanish pentahedron machining center in one go. With overall tempering and shot peening treatments to eliminate internal stress, it ensures excellent anti-distortion capability and long-term working stability.

Driven by a high-performance ESTUN servo motor that supplies oil strictly on demand via a closed-loop system. This advanced control method significantly lowers oil temperature, reduces noise, and provides exceptional energy savings of over 50%, making it highly efficient and environmentally friendly.

The backgauge axes are controlled by ESTUN servo motors, utilizing imported PMI precision ball screws and linear guide ways for ≤±0.1mm positioning accuracy. This robust transmission design ensures consistently precise and synchronized bending actions.

To ensure bending accuracy across the full length, it features a CNC-controlled mechanical crowning system (V-axis). Utilizing proprietary DARDONTECH wedges, it generates an ideal crowning curve to perfectly compensate for the deformation of the slider and worktable during heavy loads.

Standardized with the Dutch DELEM DA53T CNC system specifically configured for tandem operation. It features a 10-inch TFT LCD touch screen, DELEM-LINUX operating system, digital tooling programming, and a built-in error warning system, ensuring stable and highly efficient dual-machine synchronized control.
